INTEPRETATION/TRANSLATION
English-speaking staff will interpret for the clients when the client come to Japan, and translate medical certificates and related documents.
If requested, the interpretors will also escort the clients in sightseeing and shopping.
ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENT
We will make various arrangements as part of medical tourism such as travel arrangements, accommodation arrangements, sightseeing, shopping.
24-HOUR SUPPORT
If requested, we will provide the 24-hour support service to clients who might need it upon arriving in Japan
PAYMENT AGENCY SERVICE
We will act as a payment agent for medical institutions in Japan that cannot receive advance payments or remittances from overseas. Before coming to Japan, please transfer money to our Japanese bank account, and we will assist you to transfer the medical cost to the hospitals and clinics.
